New York regulators authorized new regulations to permit for marijuana vegetation to be grown at house for private use.
This announcement from the state Hashish Keep an eye on Board on Friday, Feb. 16, comes 3 years after then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed the Marijuana Law and Taxation Act into legislation, legalizing the ownership and sale of leisure pot.
